How to reach Jiddu

Use this channel for corrections to a public analysis, privacy or deletion requests, account and billing questions, partnership ideas, and integration problems involving the REST API, OpenAPI contract, Chrome extension, or hosted MCP server.

Include the relevant public report URL, endpoint, approximate time, and a concise description of what happened. Never paste an API key, OAuth token, payment credential, confidential manuscript, or other secret into this form. Jiddu Support may ask for additional non-secret diagnostic information by email.
